- Facilitate diverse workshops and discussion topics that make no assumptions about what people believe, or amount of information they already bring to the discussion or level of understanding

- Facilitators with specialized training provide instruction and guidance on leadership competencies

- Organize 1-on-1 personal sessions with KLG prescreened professionally trained coaches and mentors
- Ensure that workshop locations are professional, conveniently located, and support a learning environment
- Discuss topics and provide information that is essential to discovering self and defining purpose in our lives
